Reverse Mortgage Program

CEDA Northwest's Reverse Mortgage Program is a special government-secured and financed program for seniors. This program enables seniors to draw on the equity in their homes. The money received from the loan can be used according to the homeowner's wishes. Participants typically use these funds to: pay off debt, repair the home, pay medical or home care expenses and supplement monthly income.





Rent and Mortgage Assistance

CEDA Northwest's Rent and Mortgage Assistance Program Financial assistance is available to prevent homelessness and mortgage delinquency for individuals experiencing a temporary financial difficulty.
