I want to thank you for all you have done for my family. Without your generosity and support, we wouldn't have this beautiful home. Although we still have many obstacles to overcome, it is truly a comfort to have a place that we can call home. I would also like to thank GWAYO for steering us in your direction and special thank you to my mentor for her support and for providing us with not only much needed items but beautiful ones as well.. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and please know that I will do what is in my power to utilize this opportunity to continue to improve our situation.

I would just like to say thank you. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be in the CEDA program. The CEDA program gave me an opportunity to grow as a person and be able to take care of my children. Without CEDA I believe I would have been a broken individual. The two years in CEDA I also was able to help my son with his health issues. He had a great deal of health issues that have been narrowed down and can now be worked on. I am not sure all of you can understand the appreciation each of us have in the CEDA program. The opportunity you give a family in a time of need is GREATLY APPECIATED. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you so much for showing your support. We hope you can begin to understand just how much you've meant to my mom and our family. Words can not express the very depth of our gratitude. Thanks for helping us through our darkest hours. You are truly wonderful people.

We stayed in the Wright House for the full 2 year term. During that time we received more than just housing at an affordable cost. The first couple of months I attended classes on anger management & self-confidence building. Every month I met with my case worker, Mary Nommensen. She was a wonderful listener. She talked me through many difficult issues. She helped me rebuild my self-esteem. She truly cared about what I was going through and was a good friend. I also met with the Budget & Financial Counselor once a month to help me budget my finances. I was one of the few lucky people who were receiving child support. I learned how to budget my money and learn to pay my bills on time. I was able to set up a credit builders program. I saved money, rebuilt my credit and paid off outstanding debt. Thank you CEDA for all that you have done to help a single mother and her son to have something and be someone in this difficult world.
